Your heart belongs to me,
I clench to it; in the palm of my pale cold, hands.
I feel myself holding onto something that is not mine,
and will never be. (I let go.)
My mind floods with unanswered questions;
suffocating... I gasp; struggling to breathe.
Why must you cause me so much misery and pain? Yet I find myself doing the same.

Your eyes
Shaped like diamonds and brown
They exhibit so much emotion
Although they can’t make a single sound

Your lips
They are against your pale skin and ruby red
They look as though they belong to a zombie
So hauntingly beautiful, lifeless, and dead

Your voice
So magical, low, and monotone
Raspy and ****
From when you speak, to when you moan

Your body
Curved as an interstate highway
If you would only let me
With it, I would have my way

But your personality
I could fall in love with
For all your physical attributes
Can’t compete with it
You’re beauty on the outside
Can’t measure to how amazing you are on the inside.

On a lovely beach like this,
                                 where waters are placid,
at the best time of the year to swim,
                      he shouldn't have come alone,
but his star has gone from the firmament,
                          dashing all his hopes
not able to overcome the loss of her,
                               he can only be alone.
Here he feels a mistrust on the faces of girls,
the boys are all alarmed, seeing a loner,
unlike before, the languages spoken sounds strange,
                                  he couldn't follow most,
then,  the smiles were so warm and welcoming,
now skewed, he feels ill at ease,
at last a girl, another loner,
              spots him from afar
wistfully she sends her eyes, swimming fish,
as if asking"Is it you again?"
and for a moment of forgetfulness,
he thinks it could be her and forgets his pain,
though his heart knows  well,
                     that the waves dissipated yesterday,
would never be here again,
with its gifts taken back for ever.
A kid I was when on way to school I caught her pretty face
Fell for her can’t call it love the sweet girl in school dress
She stood on her door a beauty of yore waiting for the bus
My limbs went limp grew butterfly wings she was my childhood crush.

I thought she knew felt it was my due flew me a bewitching smile
Waved her hands and knowing my mind she looked at me awhile
Each day on that way as I passed by her I caught in her eyes a gleam
Read in her waves a bridging of hearts in her smile an unfathomable dream.

No ordinary path it was a dream walk for nothing I could miss out the chance
To have a glimpse of her catch those moments forever get lost in strange romance
The ******* the door she made my spirit soar she was close yet a distant star
Took me on fancy flight her smiles glowing bright the child could never touch her.

I set myself a rule not to take break from school but to pass everyday by her
It’s no wonder some things last forever some memories with time never blur
She my whim’s fair red ribbon in her hair stood there in her white skirt
A petite white dove radiating precious love she enamored the little boy’s heart.

In the lost years’ light burns a patch bright where shines her unearthly face
A girl in her teen not aging always green occupying a permanent space
I don’t have of her anything more to remember what remains is so divine
The girl in her teen could be thirteen or fourteen and I was a boy of nine.

If I Must Die Someday Then
I'll love to breathe my last having you in my eyes,
My weak-wrinkled face would craved for your eyes,
And believe me not because I ask but because I don't tell any lies.

If I must die someday then
I'll love to hold on to your hands until the end,
My fading-dimming eyesight will seek your eyes in the end,
And believe me not because I love you but because you do too.

If I must die someday then
I'll love to collapse in your embrace at that time,
My feeble-waning breath shall halt with your tears dropping in the end,
And believe me not because I am good but because you love me, I will wait for you in heaven.
Toasting to our love today, tomorrow and forever.
