Imagine how utterly terrifying would the whole universe be if there was a faceless clock.
Just faceless clocks.

That dictated the way earth shall be lived in the most minimalistic sense.

No hour hand, no tinks, no tick-tocks and no numbers.
That will allow us to regretfully or mercifully go on.

The gears and everything are in place.
But there is
nothing.

Just silence that will deafen your ears.
Silence that your screams cannot pierce.

Yes, that is me now.
I have no bearing, no sure sense.
Simply lost.

*Tick-tock.
Just some nonsensical writings on blank pages with Mont Blanc pen.

The mere idea of your person
is a tonic, potent enough to intoxicate.
And intoxicated I will be
as long as your words
roll of your lips
and ring in my ears.
It's hard to say
but it's easy to feel:
all I want is you
and all I need is a chance.

A connection made is a chance for it to fail,
and some thing never loving is better
than taking the chance of losing love.
I could not disagree with these people more.
Perhaps they have never met someone like you
and perhaps they will never.
Perhaps they have never been drunk
off lust
or perhaps they refuse to alter their
state of consciousness enough
to allow lust to manifest itself
into a physical ache.
More than mental yearning,
I can feel it in my gut;
pulsing and pounding,
feeling its way to every corner of my body.

Perhaps the brandy is actually what's intoxicating me;
for every glass I drink
the pulsing becomes quicker,
the pounding becomes harder
and the feeling reaches parts of my body
I didn't know could feel.

Of cold air

and gloomy clouds

Such darkness on it

It let go the rain

Like the girl I see

Sitting next her paper

Ripping the pages

out of melancholy

Water streaming

Down her face

Night castling a paradise

And seeking refuge with dreaming.

I saw the girl

Writing in pain

Howling because of

Anguish

And all her hopes drained

I saw the girl
Staring back at me in the mirror.
I.
While raging tempests shake the shore,
While Ælus’ thunders round us roar,
And sweep impetuous o’er the plain
Be still, O tyrant of the main;
Nor let thy brow contracted frowns betray,
While my Susanna skims the wat’ry way.

               II.
The Pow’r propitious hears the lay,
The blue-ey’d daughters of the sea
With sweeter cadence glide along,
And Thames responsive joins the song.
Pleas’d with their notes Sol sheds benign his ray,
And double radiance decks the face of day.

               III.
To court thee to Britannia’s arms
Serene the climes and mild the sky,
Her region boasts unnumber’d charms,
Thy welcome smiles in ev’ry eye.
Thy promise, Neptune keep, record my pray’r,
Not give my wishes to the empty air.
If I cried.* Perhaps my tears could fill the Ocean
instead my fingers peck at this keyboard and forms a Poem
I guess they've never had someone whose love was so *****
Potent.
How did we find each other in a world full of Commotion...
Gone.

Wilfred Owen
[I saw his round mouth's crimson deepen as it fell],
Like a Sun, in his last deep hour;
Watched the magnificent recession of farewell,
Clouding, half gleam, half glower,
And a last splendour burn the heavens of his cheek.
And in his eyes
The cold stars lighting, very old and bleak,
In different skies.

Be careful sharing your heart with me.
I fall in love with those who open up.
Like a levee breaking
my love with flood in to your heart.

It will be beautiful and it will be fierce
and the currents will be of a Biblical magnitude.
So please be careful;
you're far too pretty to hurt.

It's hard,
but I'll be able to accept it after a few more shots,
a couple more hits,
and maybe a line,
but as I am in a semi sober state
it is hard to believe.

Hard to believe that you chose him over me,
hard to believe you swoon around him,
and don't bat an eyelash at me.
It's hard to believe he's my best friend
and I'm letting him do this.
A nation mourns the passing of a great man
A most esteemed leader of the South African lands
He railed against white rule all those years ago
His colored brothers and sisters followed his tide changing flow
The world has lost a man who so inspired
His courage and grit are to be admired
The father of freedom in true democracy
He spoke the words for his people's equality

Bind the pieces with sun dipped silk
fill the cracks of my heart
with gold
until the veins branch like broken trees
with sturdy roots

They will need to dig in deep
for there is
wind in my body.

the birds fly away from the storm
and sing

  don't forget
you have to fight just as hard to let go
as you do
     to hold on
