I feel so full of something
That will come and go
As though it never existed
But the air it displaces
Will soon evaporate
And soon I will suffocate
Without you
Although we never existed
Anyway
Emmennarr May 2018
Destroy my lungs
The oxygen that each person uses
Abuses each and every day
Heaving away
Breathing until either lung decays
Emmennarr Apr 2018
There was a time when I loved you;
Watched your eyes stroll by,
Throwing smiles back at mine
Through these finite lines
Of words you could describe
Like a day that would define my life;
But I didn't respond in time.

wish that you knew you were one of the two
Emmennarr Apr 2018
Some part of me just wants to trip
Upon some tangled wires that send me
Falling straight in love for you

Moving my heart askew
Side to side, day and night
For time and life anew

And if future turns into vows
Then the present of your presence
Is the pastime I'll continue to treasure

Forever,
My endeavor
i wish i knew who you were
Emmennarr Apr 2018
You snipped the strings of my puppetry
Let me free and claimed apologies
But never sent a response,
Never angry, no more thoughts
Emotions left you in the frost
Heart went numb and soul was lost
And I tried to save you,
Warmed you up and up you got
And left the heat that helped your cause
Snipped his strings off with your claws
Destroyed him with your deadly maw
Taking bites, fangs lined your jaw
Leaving what you never saw
Dressed in red and wrapped with dread
And left, dead and raw,
But you never said why you'd be gone.

I still await your response.

Time slips as sand loses its grip
Upon the surface of glass,
Moving up and down
Through pointed tip,
And with the minute,
Each second will pass.

Clock spins away the pain
Arms that move to rid the rain
The tears that fell an hour before
Of breaks, mistakes, and hate galore
Yet drops that hit the ground below
Make puddles glare a shiny glow
In which itself one cannot see
The person who is lost is me
