To love is to understand
a whole new world opens
everything else was dim
and dubious then

There were times
when we felt
we were not equal
to the task before us

as though we were slipping
into a state of inertia
dangling precariously
on the rope of hope
without the strength to cope

and lo!   A sudden rush
of courage from nowhere descended
and into our body surged
like the mightiest tide
which couldn't be stopped

'twas because
our innate resources
had been awakened
by the force
that compelled us
not to yield or surrender
or run the risk of total loss

this then was the moment
that had made us each a Titan
the bridge of crisis had been crossed !

From the past
  I came
  no one knew
  my name

  since in some corner
  of space and time, all alone
  my silent life-story
  I ceaselessly write-- just for my own

of me a wandering poet
a voice heard by no one
yet I have no doubt
there's a place for me under the sun

for to myself I sacredly belong
as long as life does still run
no regret or remorse will I suffer
when all my life-work has been done

.... but success has never been my aim
     though most people find it their favourite life-game

I write
  but am not out
  to prove
  I were right-

  only a voice
in the wilderness
of time and space
vapouring into nothingness

Faith
  will open
  every door or gate

    it holds its hand
    on patience
    unshakeable does it stand

    reason
   looks askance
   but doesn't understand

   the heart
   smiles with faith
   and patience-- making the trinity-chain

I don't ask
     for love
     it will be bestowed
    only if I deserve-

    I'll reciprocate
   in higher measure
   to be worthy-
     I should shirk never-

    you and I then together
   our own world we'll create
    in every joy and laughter
    and life abundant to celebrate
