The difference
between family and friends
and its not defined by blood
but by a response
when you make a mistake
and throw them in the mud
family will just say (ily)
friends won't say anything
cause there is where it (ends)

I thought you would know how i am
I thought you would believe me
I thought not the rumors
always thought this world was full of humors
see i heard from a bird
that you were the source of the word
so after
I thought i found you after so long
it seems
i thought wrong

you've heard stories
that you probably think are true
but i never went home with a girl
until that one night
i saw him with you
and i saw in your eyes
you wanted him too

I wrote a poem today
that explained exactly how i felt
a story of emptiness
full of nothing
but possibilities and opportunities
never realized or even tried
but you might think i was crazy
If I ever asked you to read it
because you would just be staring at nothing
but a *blank page
