You came into my life unexpectedly,
and everything took a turn for the better.
Your warm eyes, your laugh,
the sincere way you speak,
and the kindness you showed me,
all became a part of my life.

As you unfolded yourself to me,
I discovered more and more beauty.
I have never seen so much
gentleness in one person.
Without even knowing it,
you were slowly making a place
for yourself in my heart.

It used to seem so hard at times
to feel so close in a relationship.
But it’s so easy to feel close to you.
I can’t tell you how nice that feels.
I realize now that I had never known
what it meant to be loved
until I was loved by you.
A little bit lost and a little bit blue,
Oh the things memories can do to you.

A little bit torn and a little bit used,
Oh how the Present can feel like abuse.

A little bit shaken and a little bit bruised,
Oh how my Future seems constantly confused.

A little bit tired and a little more gaunt,
Oh how the Past is all I'll ever want.

A little rain
A little sunshine
Out comes a little caterpillar
From a little cocoon
Grows
Sheds
Few Layers of Skin
Butterfly, a lovely one
Flies all over the place
Meets another beautiful butterfly
Mates
Babies
Egg
A little rain
A little sunshine
Out comes a little caterpillar
A lovely gift for their love.

Oh tiny vessel,
Helpless and misunderstood,
Didnt think of the consequences,
Acted on impulse.

Oh sleeping angel,
A beauty in the eye of the beholder.

Oh child of mine,
Where have you escaped to?
Lost in the horror of the world.
Lies told to escape the prison that held her captive.

Oh victim i could have saved,
Woe is me,
A Flashing memory,
An empty couch,
A lifeless corpse,
Taken much too soon.

I should have saved you,
My heart beats for your absence.
Salvation that will never come,
No one caught you when you fell.
No one came to fill the void within your life.
Only your killer,
Murderer maybe,
A stranger,
A faceless man
Took you away.

Your spirit will forever remain,
The sorrow i feel,
The guilt i cannot face,
I am so deeply sorry,
For you,
For you family,
For your friends,

No closer,
The pain never ends,
Endless searching for the precious gem that was stored away.
Please forgive me.

There's poetry in the rain;
A special kind of song
For a special kind of person.
The broken-hearted hear it well.
A chorus in the storm
That drives away the warm
And wraps your soul in a chill.
A melody in every drop;
You can hear the music as it falls,
Singing through the air.
All you have to do is listen,
I promise you it's there.

I ask every man,
'Can you love me?'
They always say no
But then again,
I say it under my breath
And I only hear their answer
In the wind

How sad of me,
A tragic little girl
*Am I.

What is this
Wondrous place
Quiet and Quaint
But all the while
Leery
