"come !" i called over my shoulder,
voice higher than the late summer sun
in chime with the song birds and wind gusts
the sweet air settling on my tongue

we echo your joyous laugh like a child's
one by one, our rapid heartbeats out of beat with the gallop of heavy hooves
singing and running through the lush gardens
tips of my fingers brushing thick trees and long grass

water runs, rushes, cascades down the side of a cave
spreading into a pool of crystal clear that glimmers
we strip off our stresses, and i'm first
skipping off like skipping rocks into the bone chilling pond

oh, he's just gorgeous
absolutely angelic, thatches of soft hair on his body like a true man's
slender and lean, hair perfect for running my hands through
beautiful from the top of his head, to the tips of his toes, beautiful.

i wait, i'll always wait for you
even if it's only for this, for you to shed articles of clothing
expose yourself, dive into the water as if they were my open arms
even though it's cold, i'm not always perfect

he's funny. he laughs. he makes me smile
splashes and sprays move onto bigger things
playfully wrestling, covered in the cold water that descended into them
going under the surface, pulled out feeling baptized

is this love ? i don't think i have to ask
in the arms of a man who gave me everything and more than i asked for
i'm truly happy, i feel as if nothing else matters
they treat me best, as if i was nothing but theirs, one who needs tender care

it's impossible, utterly impossible to believe i'm anything undeserving of
because none of this was their fault
even though i can't come to terms with that
i can't just.. make it better. but he does. they do.

they always do
pepper kisses on my eyes, the tip of my nose and pink lips
never had daddy loved me like they do
not recently, at least.

as we're frolicking like foals
i know heaven is a real place
i think i can believe that now
finding solace and sanctuary in their embrace better than a home

he steps out, heavy breathing
i can't help but watch, but i don't wanna stay
lose the warmth of your body left in the cold of the water
i chase, i run back after you like a horse

we become one in touch with the soft earth, soil warm
sink into the touch, hear your sighs and they settle my restless soul
i love the feel of his skin as he gazes into my eyes
your paternal hands in my hair send shockwaves like lightning

i was almost distracted, seriously
but don't think i forgot about you, not once
i want you closer but i'll give you your space
knowing you're mine is enough in moments like these.

flushed pink, skin sweet, pressing soft kisses without any bite from my teeth
everything's like it always used to be
but it's better now, i don't know what i'd do without you
don't ever leave me, you're all i've ever wanted.

we used to hide away from everyone else
because no one cared for me like he did, not genuinely.
sharing soft touches and kisses in this almost sacred space which existed for us
perfect, really. even better that you're here with me.

i yearn for you
i want to give you my life
because you give me what i love
almost without question, without unease

"what about you, mon chéri ?"
oh, it's just... perfect. everything i could ask for
it's my favorite, and it's even better with you
but i need you closer. i need to feel your love.

oh, it's the happiest day of my life
i'm brimming with adoration, i want to tell them how i feel
feeling his fingers brush my hair
i know i love it because i love you

my darlings, strong like two broad stallions
with big hearts, they strive to protect me like a harem
filled with them, only them, i feel it under my skin
it's nothing i think i could ever live without

it really does feel nice to be loved.
it lasted longer than a split second and they made sure of it
i wanna express it to you in the form i love it most
but we're being called back, pulled out of the sunshine.

“Love is a smoke raised with the fume of sighs; Being purged, a fire sparkling in lovers' eyes; Being vexed, a sea nourished with lovers' tears.”* The officiant began, looking between the two of them.

Hongjoong broke his gaze, looking towards the man. “Romeo and Juliet ?” He inquired, tilting his head. Seonghwa turned his head as well, listening and letting the words fill him with the truth.

“Yes, that’s right. Act 1, Scene 1. That line is known to compare the duality of what real love can make us feel. It explains that initially, love is like a suffocating smoke developed in the mutual longing between two, becoming passionately full of soul and fire when purified. However, if you disrupt that, it introduces a vast problem. That metaphor illustrates the pain that can come when love isn’t returned.”

He paused, his eyes flickering between the both of theirs. “Love is truly a dual thing. As it is beautiful, it is painful. As it is intense, it is fragile. It must be treated with caution.”

A smile sprouted on his lips as he specifically directed his attention to the both of them. “What you two share is sacred. It is something that took root when you were children, and has continued to bloom over the span of a decade. This milestone is well deserved and I’m positive that everyone in this room says the same.”

“We are gathered here today to join Kim Hongjoong and Park Seonghwa in marriage. This speaks on their dedication to the commitment and dedication they’ve put into each other. You two are so blessed.”

They both looked back at each other, their gaze locked on each other’s face, filled with admiration for the other.

“Do you have your vows prepared ?” The officiant asked, leaning forward with a smile. Hongjoong had to resist the urge not to burst into tears, full of so much emotion and readiness to call Seonghwa his.

“Yes, I do,” he sniffled, pulling the slip out of his pocket. “Am I okay to start ?” He questioned, looking towards the man. “Whenever you’re ready,” he softly spoke, giving Hongjoong a reassuring nod.

He took a deep breath, looking at his soon-to-be, then down at the paper.

“Seonghwa, my love. For years, I’ve watched you, waited for you, known in my gut that you were always meant to stand here, before me, by my side. After all of these years, –preparation, too– it’s finally real. I vow to be the rock in your world, the man who always provides, protects, and keeps you safe within the luxurious life you deserve.”

“I promise to cherish your timeless beauty, your spirit, and every inch of your body and soul, forever. My heart, my home, my name– they are all yours, completely and without question or any doubt.” He reached out to hold his hand, intertwining their fingers and softly stroking his knuckles.

“All I ask, all I demand is your unwavering devotion. Be mine, Seonghwa. Be my wife, my darling, now and always.”

Once he looked up, the sight of Seonghwa’s tears streaming down his soft cheeks was enough to make his chest heave. Hongjoong snatched the hankerchief out of his suit, leaning in and dabbing the salty drops off of his face. They were almost there.

“Seonghwa ? Your vows ?” Yeosang tapped him, holding his vows between his fingertips.

“Oh, right…” he giggled, turning to accept the small paper from his man of honor. “Thank you, Yuyu.” He said, letting out another melodious laugh, the guests returning his humor.

He looked up at Hongjoong with his sparkly eyes, squeezing his hand once, out of affection. “Hongjoong, my dear From the moment I first saw you, a boy I shared my high school experience with, my heart knew you were my destiny. I’ve dreamed about this day, countless of times. Since the first time I fantasized about signing my name ‘Kim Seonghwa’ on my papers, and now, standing here, giving myself wholly and completely.”

“Today, that dream finally becomes our reality. I vow to trust you implicitly, to adore you without end, and to surrender myself fully to your care and your guidance. My body, my spirit, my every breath– they are yours to command, to cherish, and to fulfill. I promise my devotion, my loyalty, and my deepest love ‘til my dying day. I am yours, Hongjoong. Your wife, forever devoted to you.”

If there was one thing that Seonghwa did, it was practically rip his heart out and willingly hand it to the other. Hongjoong couldn’t– he wouldn’t escape the feeling of passion that Seonghwa truly conveyed to him through his loving surrender.

This was a dream come true.

“Do you, Kim Hongjoong, take Park Seonghwa to be your lawfully wedded wife, to live together in matrimony, to love them, comfort them, honor and keep them, in sickness and in health, in sorrow and in joy, to have and to hold, from this day forward, as long as you both shall live ?”

“I do.” He promised.

“Do you, Park Seonghwa, take Kim Hongjoong to be your lawfully wedded husband, to live together in matrimony, to love him, comfort him, honor and keep him, in sickness and in health, in sorrow and in joy, to have and to hold, from this day forward, as long as you both shall live ?”

“I do.” He whimpered, fanning his tears.

Hongjoong softly chuckled, then turned his back momentarily to accept the ringbox from his best man, Yunho, who sweetly handed it over, followed by an affectionate hand on his shoulder. He took the first ring out, a glimmering, white gold ring, a princess cut diamond resting elegantly at the top.

“Repeat after me, Hongjoong,” the officiant said, Hongjoong nodding in response. “With this ring, I thee wed,”

“With this ring, I thee wed,” he softly repeated, sliping the diamond on Seonghwa ring finger.

“–and pledge you my love, now and forever.”

“And pledge my love, now and forever.” He softly said, bending down to place a chaste kiss on the ring.

“Seonghwa, repeat after me.” He turned, just as Seonghwa took the matching wedding band from the box, before it got handed back to Yunho.

“With this ring, I thee wed,” he began.

“With this ring, I thee wed,” he smiled, taking Hongjoong’s hand and putting the ring onto him.

“–and pledge you my love, now and forever.”

“And pledge my love, now and forever.” He finished, looking back at Hongjoong.

The officiant grinned ear to ear, stepping back and placing a hand on his heart out of adoration for the newlywed couple.

“By the power vested in me by the State of California, I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may now kiss the–”

Hongjoong didn’t hesitate to yank Seonghwa by the wrist, pulling him in his embrace. He wrapped his arms around his waist, Seonghwa’s arms flying around Hongjoong’s neck as he sealed it with a kiss.

I was so gay for him
I would’ve tattooed his name across my tongue
So I could taste the flavor
Of the vowels and consonants
For forever and a day

Being with him turned
My voice to velvet
All I could do was breathe him
Into the depths of my system

Savor his wildfire swagger
His legit street sweetness
His crash-hot macho drip
His dope Daddy vibe

He was so macholicious
And cold AF with it
He sagged a little
Had me mad lit
Made my mouth water

I yearned to be immersed
In his seductively rugged voice
Climb into his chiseled chest
Reside in his mind, body, and soul

you call me your baby, so i might as well act like one
i've always been one to bite the hand that holds the milk bottle
you wanna see me act out so you have a brat to punish
but you ain't seen nothing yet.

i wanna knock you into next week with what i could tell you
darling boy throws a temper tantrum,
but maybe that's cause they don't listen to what baby wants

if i gotta get hit to earn my hit
then i'll do it.
i just want your attention, and i want them to see it.
cause all they see now is god in the eyes of a boy in the stable stalls

darling boy gets a sugar cube if he behaves well
he knows just what to do
but he wants you to crack that whip over his yielding spine to make it hurt

so don't speak to me in my precious mother tongue
i want to hear the low, sensual note of your sweet 'enchante' rolling off
or maybe i want to hear you nicker like a horse..
since you're my friesian, such a beautiful stallion

give me what i want
a mass of bruises and scars and they spill out all over the sheets
not too hard, just raise your fist and let it fall with the same impact of their words

stick it and twist it
see how much i writhe for you
darling boy loves it much
can you see it in his dead eyes ?

i miss the soft 'sweetheart' of my daddy
especially as i see the birthday wishes which read like death notes
give me something good to remember

call us the master and pupil
the stallion and the foal
my eyes glimmer at sight,
because the stud and the syringe are one and the same

he doesn't like the disrespect, dongwook, look me in the face
darling boy has black eyes and both cold hands
on the barrel of the--
