NO
No
never
not
ban
veto
forbid

The world is full of it
negativity
a distraction
a way to procrastinate
a waste of time
yet it takes a chunk out of everyday
things would get done if people couldn’t say no

I love fresh air.
It clears my thoughts,
Chills my lungs and
Refreshes my ideas.

The freshest air I've ever felt,
Was the draft that entered when you walked out.
I'll probably develop on this, but for now I'll leave it here :p

the moments in which we are happy
are worth all of those in which we are not
Happiness comes in blurbs

To be human is to love

To love is to be broken

To be broken is to experience beauty

To be beautiful is to sacrifice

Skin. Hair. Eyes. Body. Heart.

All these will change. Die.

But later on, you’ll go back

To being human

And you’ll go back to loving

You will be broken

You will experience beauty

The cycle won’t repeat

Because you know being broken

has its own kind of beauty

Loneliness is nothing more than the condition of being alive
So be lonely
When the entire universe has its back turned to you,
Be lonely
Let the world know you are human
Feel.
And feel more deeply than you ever imagined you could
Embrace the loneliness
It isn't killing you
It is creating you

The night ends with the moon light reflecting,
and playing so enchantingly off the lake.
I am taken away by a warm sensation infecting.
This feeling so unreal it almost seems fake.

Now I will pretend for a moment it is not there,
just to relive the joy of its intoxicating effect.
A moment in fantasy, without a pain or care
until it disappears for another to protect.

And once the moment fades it seems,
I will never again feel so blessed.
Maybe once in a dream, one perfect dream,
One rendered not from my head but my chest.

So this tranquility and I may never part,
this moonlit lake will remain in my heart.
Someday I will
drown in my tea
and
fade  into nothingness.

*Oblivion.
Use your words cautiously
for they make people drift away too soon.
Strongest are those
who speak their mind in
the midst of adversity.
Every moment
the taste, the sound
with your feet upon the ground
carries a feeling no matter how
big or small, to delight or appall.
In your heart you must choose.
Will you keep or will you lose
every moment?
Call me the rain, but never the puddle.
Call me the floor, but never the doormat.
Call me the dog, but never the tail
but you can call me the sky because
it has never been
stepped in,
dirtied
or pulled.
I refuse to distort myself
for other people and their desires.
When you finally accept your individuality,
reach for the sky.
I am surrounded by things but how do I feel?

*Empty.
Could I slip into your shoes one day
and just observe how people treat you?
That would solve so many problems
if we just let people in on our journeys
and burdens by carrying them in our shoes.
Then we are never alone.
