I find it hard to clarify them

and what does that mean
I think they say

A cloud past by me today
then a short time after that, one other
on looking up
I spotted yet a another
might me just being silly
but clouds and yes I am shouting up at you
for clouds I know not what I have done to you
but each day you pass me by
or is that mind within my head
just being silly, and what did I do with my pills.

I think at work I have to much time on my hands
