Soul

Soul

Gods greatest creation, man some will say
the soul came from heaven, not made of clay
The soul was created for just one thing
Put into this body, for goodness to bring
Made of pure light no darkness at all
Put into a child, try to walk, but fall
Made to fly, now can't even swim
Look through the eyes, the light starts to dim
I must over come, the soul cries out loud
The temple is shaken, a rip in the shroud
The soul is so bright, it breaks right through
I shine like Lord Jesus, the scripture is true

Some People

Some people take pleasure in death and pain
There is a reason, their not insain
Love is hard, it shouldn't be that way
not enough people willing to play
They expose their heart to the passers by
They're looked at and laugh at, wish they could die
take it back out and try it again
It doesn't quite feel the same within
A little bit rougher a little dented in
They accept the pain, they found a new friend
So death and pain become part of their life
Now who has the shame and who drew the knife
If you are the one that created such things
Change your life
be much kinder
to all of God's beings

Wake up My people, get down on your knees
You go to your church, but do as you please
You change My words to sell witches spells
You get all excited with trinkets and bells

Cease from listening to words of men
They take your money, give a trinket of tin

Open My book, you'll see what I mean
Just Me and you, I'll make your heart sing

Trust what you read, how it makes your heart feel
We'll fall in love, I won't send you a bill.

I've given you knowledge for peace on this earth!
My teaching is Love
Plant the seed, give birth

One says I live, the other I'm dead
The later is louder, I know it's not true
The other corrects me and pulls me through
Both have power, watch who you choose
Live or die, the later you loose
The small voice you must hear
And know where it's found
Will free you from deth
To whom you were bound

Light

The light of The Lord was revealed unto me
Shining on evil not meant to be
While walking in darkness I stumbled and fell
day or night you light shows the trail
No more stumbling no more scars
The prison I was in has lost it's bars
I listened and learned how to walk His way
Hate evil, love good, night turns to day
Search out you soul, it hears what I say
Bathe in the light, rest in the day.

The people are at peace with adultery and lies
forgoten who made their mouth and their eyes
The nations are shaken, by the turn of His head
But those who fear him are safe in their bed
His breath is like fire that consumes the chaff
The teachers deceive, they teach there's no wrath

The Lord says tell, my people their sin
I'll open my mouth, take away their grin
From gladness to sorrow, repentance within
Take up your sword the fight begins

In this I AM pleased
Your fighting the war
You know the way
I AM the door

The power of love, It knows no bounds
It's always there, waiting to be found
We search and search, it's just right there
we still can't find it, it's everywhere

How long will I wait, and search and hope
It's like an ocean, but where's the boat
Love is gentle, love is kind
It is so strong, it heals the blind

I prayed to God, when and how!
He said, stop judging, it can be right now!
I will listen, I will listen, I will listen to THEE
He told me He loved me, I dropped to my knee
I'll do what you ask, I'll do as you please

The heavens shook, I heard angels sing
His light burst forth, it shines through me
I realized I was blind, but now I can see
There's love all around, this beauty can't be!
There's a warmth in the air, it melted me
I flow through the hills, and down to the sea

I am one with MY LOVE.......I AM in me.

Trees

Strong and sturdy, I made man to be
Trees of righteousness, in strength they will lead
With justice and truth the people are free
The sound of an ax, the fall of a tree
I send My Son with eyes to see
No trees but thorns, a whole hedge, He decreed
All twisted around, a crown made for me
Scoffing and laughing, my bride to be
The cedars have fallen, but wait there's a seed
A nation born in a day, hard to believe
I asked the blind man, what see you please?
"I see men walking, walking as trees"
