Antelope
Her hair smelled of the sweetest fruit and fell on snow white skin
Her lips he wanted to devour, they were so soft and thin
He gazed into her eyes so blue; like deep caves of sapphire
And saw her soul so pure and true, dancing deep inside her
She gave a coy smile, his heart skipped, a beat never returned
She felt his joy envelop her, and of his love she learned.
She threw her arms around his head and laughed a seraph's song
She gazed intensely through his soul and then their loves were one.
I had no intention to make anything at all
So I took out my hands and let every motive fall
And staring at the brine I delivered to the earth
I began to wonder if my water held a worth
If ground was all it touched and converted it to clay
Then wouldn't I just sink in the sediment each day
Molded into nothing like the effort I put in
I would face the sea and be swallowed by my skin

ashley
one day i will wake
up right beside you
as we lie under the thin sheets
that smell like cotton and lavender,
illuminated by the bright
morning sun,
under the sky that shines
with billions of intricate diamonds.

i will be awoken by your kisses
that sting across my collarbones,
by your sweet crooked smile
that glows brightly in the day,
by your gentle arms
as they engulf me in love
and passion.

my life will be
right before my eyes;
you, you are the one
that's stolen my heart forever and always.

a.m.
your violence is sophisticated
i would like to invite you in for revelry.
spirits,
cerebral discourse,
ecstatic transcendence .
you're probably wondering:
can i get raw?
yes,
i get ***** to the floor;
a genocide of emotions.
