Curse those shadows, the beasts within
Their ****** hands grasp my skin

Reach for my neck, to plunge inside
Why won't they leave me alone?
There is nowhere to hide

The laughter I hear inside my head
Their thoughts pounding me stone dead

Beads of sweat drip down my face
The slaves of mercy know no trace

I bury myself in a man made tomb
Wanting to escape this terrible doom

The fate that awaits us all
The beasts are waiting silently
Ready for your fall

We are none truly alone,
I've written of this before
I shall write of our souls
And the invisible chains, once more

We are all connected,
By these universal chains
From the beggar on the corner,
To the broker squandering gains

We are seven billion shades,
Different shades of the same hue
From me here in my mountains,
Across the earth to you

Whether you're a dancer,
Stepping to a tune
Or a night fisherman,
Gathering food, under the moon

These universal chains,
They bind us each together
That's what the universe wanted,
And so it is forever

Each time you defame,
Your fellow human across the way
You're defaming part of yourself,
So be careful what you say

This is how its been since the beginning
This is how it is until the end
Be kind to each other,
Remember we're all akin
Oh wow! Thank you my fellow poets. Thank you for reading and liking my words.<3

Gentle plutonium flows through
a cloud soaked sky.
The next breath is
somewhere
in the air all around me.
I cannot catch it
I inhale the scent of a city
to exhale the circular lengths
of lost civilizations held together
by faceless, mindless tycoons
and machine-gun fire.

Like the phosphorous spark
of distant fireflies,
words stirring like chemicals
to flash in unison.
So what is this now?
A cerulean tempo limited alone
by the accidental pausing
of an instant?
Stutter of the clock.
or these hidden iron
beats hammering rhythms
into my soiled heart.
Touch of an infinity
blood flow
with a pinch of glassy
thoughts that dwell on stilts over
a sea of miniature gods and
hourglasses and TV sets and
suicide beds.

Streetlights in the
windows talk
but do not offer a final
answer.
Build me a fire which burns through the night,
the flickering flames engulf me with light,
strip through the silence,
slice through the pain,
grow wings to escape an existence mundane.

The wind which blows, sweeps over you,
brings you closer into view.
The four stone walls that surround my soul,
crumble and fade: out of control.

The Lady of Fate takes her time,
and soon our souls will entwine.
The day will come,
when two hears become one

For I am the Moon....
And you are the Sun

I haven't done this in a while -

Last minute parties relocated to Spain,
The *Mediterranean,
with white canines
And jagged front teeth

I'd almost forgotten what it felt like -

It was a paradise, even
We made fire and burned our pride
Used the herbs in the garden to get high
Slept on the roof top, mixing the stars

This is nice -

I don't know why I'd been clean
Perhaps I felt that one of us had to
But mostly
Mostly.

*I slept for the first time in years.

I think you want me to fall in love with you.

I think you want me to breathe you in,
suffocating to keep any of you from getting
out.

I think you want me to caress your name on my tongue
like a thick smoke that I take back in
through my nose,
the whitest parts going nowhere
else,

I think you want me to revel you,
pedestal you,
please never leave me, you.

I do not love like the morning.

I do not happen every day like clockwork,
and I do not love, as if
it was meant to be.

I love as an infection,
spreading over every single fiber and vein;

If I take you in completely.
Bubbling over in crystal froth,
spiking a fever of one hundred and two
you will either die by my hand, or
be left with some aching disease.

My only fear of
wanting to fall in love with you
is that you will forget that I was once a vaccine
and that you will
chicken soup Robitussin cold compress me
away.
