I wear a mask,
and so does everyone.
Hiding cracks with smiles,
pretending it’s fine.
Maybe one day,
I’ll let it fall—
but for now,
we all stay hidden,
behind the masks we wear.
everyone wears a mask. they hide their actual true self. like me.

What is it like to love?
It’s cliche to say
Its like an angel was sent from above,
It’s not a feeling,
It’s a knowledge.
Knowledge that,
Wherever I am,
Wherever you are,
My heart aches for you.
If you love, love hard, don’t be afraid to be heart broken because it mends.

No love is true or false
Love is love
Same for all
Sacred and pure.

It is just that
Some people love and
some only pretend.

Beneath the umbrella I stand,
A bouquet of flowers in my hand.
The wind picked it up, sweeping it away,
Now it's a memory, no longer part of the day.

Under the starry night sky I sit,
With my binoculars on my lap.
I looked on as they stars started to knit,
A beautiful, star-dusted map.

The moon left me a note last night,
Tucked in a cloud, soft and white.
It whispered, “Why rush through the sky?
Even stars take their time to shine.”
