Do you see me?
When I look at you, and my hearts beating fast and my breaths caught in my throat
Do you hear me?
When I'm whispering softly into your sunny hair and against your smile
Do you feel me?
When I trace your skin with my fingertips wishing I could sink into you
Open to interpretation :)

When the thinking ends
You can feel the wind brush against your feet
You can see the rain dripping from the apple tree
Its branches shaking outside the window
I don’t believe I’ll believe in anything any more

Not in love
Not in reason
Not in faith
Only treason

Not in the hate I’ve seen in your heart
Not in the love we’ve lost
Not in the seasons of time gone by

And not in tears
Bitter sweet in your eyes

For you’ve taken from me all I believed in

Took my love
Took my reason
Took my faith
With your treason

Showed me the bitterness and hatred
Took away the seasons
All of my reasons for believing

In living
In loving
In giving
In eternity

He stares at his reflection
a monster
he says
but is he really?

the more he stares
the more they win
like white noise ringing
through his head

the person he was,
simply gone
broken down
reduced to atoms

mouth taped down
but shouting louder than ever

lost in a limbo of truth
memories fade
seasons change

'man up'
speak up
reach out
your life's a joke
no point of feeling like this?
is he really a man!
