I can see my own voice
Digitizing as words on your screen
My feelings pours onto my keyboard
To create this poem you read

But the text does not carry
No, not like the voice
No matter how skilled you are
There is one glaring flaw,
Of one lost in translation
From thoughts to text

Do you know what's been lost
From these words
Their full potential, robbed
By the machines, computers
By ones that can't speak

Everyone lives in their own world, myself included
Its filled with the things I wish I couldve saved
Their originals lost in the labyrinth of life

But they're no longer what they used to be
It has changed beyond all recognition
But nothing here could betray me

I go to bed
Thoughts, none I like,
They're all in my head now
I shift, I toss, I turn
I don't want to wake up
What am I living for
Why get out of bed
I sleep

I wake up.
Another day to go through.
