full of wisdom and wit

full of words
just like this
love and betrayal
men and entrails
lips
ruby red
lust, rarely led
passion
emotion
hurt
rarely fed
by emotions
barely said

I am slow
to the table of love
I am always
a beat behind
beautiful
but less inclined.

I do not know
how to give myself
although I know I should
so let me give you this girl
who knows
just give her a whirl!

if it all fell apart tomorrow
and why wouldn’t it
I would still applaud  the
fact
that we tried

I paint words
until the colours
make no sense
You paint pictures
that make the world
make sense .
