The internet and the
electronic gadgets are
now creating the new wave
of infidelity,
did you notice the anomalies in
the way things are turning out.
Hookups made easy,
knowing me knowing
you friendships,
easy dating and cheating.com,
wives and husband cheating on themselves,
Social media is the only
best place to live your
fake dream full of lies like the
deepfakes movies.
No more true friendship,
nothing real but a pretense
paradise.
Always uncomfortable but rather
deal with another from a distance.
You don't exist even when together
in same room.
Always closer to the stars
than to you.
You are ignored but chat with
someone so far away.
You seem to be happier
talking to someone you
never met and hardly know,
telling all your private secrets
to an unknown person claiming
to be a true close friend while
the one you grew up with now
becomes a friendenemy,
never to be trusted.
Electronic friendship
has killed our generation,
destroyed the foundation
of true relationship.
Fake lifestyle,
flaunting fake wealth,
gossiping about fake
not-so-sure news.
Infidelity has become
the new social norm
accessible and accepted
around the world.
No true commitment,
so much fraud and
drama displayed.
The young men and
women are going berserk,
their uncontrollable pesky ways
leading them in all manner of immorality and all kinds of trouble.
But there's still some sort of
good in it.
Is this a part of a new world order?
Maybe, I don't know.

Tonight I saw the aliens
in their two spaceships,
flying so low across the
football field monitoring
the humans while they
play soccer.
I was also in the field
playing for my team.
They were transmitting
information gathered,
I could hear them talking
about what transpired at
the soccer field.
Their spacecraft move so
fast with shrilling jet noise,
maneuvering and turning
under the trees and rooftops
with perfect ease sliding
between the two walls of
the buildings.
People ran helter skelter.
But they persisted with their
spying on the individuals
they were interested to pick up.
At a twinkle of an eye as if they
have seen something,
made their landing so close
to the building and came out
of their craft beckoning on
me in particular.
Calling up only two persons
by name of which I was among,
asking if I will step into
the spaceship,
I didn't hesitate but said yes,
they stepped aside for me,
as I moved towards their craft
to gain entrance I woke up.
It was only a dream
but was it actually a dream,
I really don't know.

I'm not going anywhere
without you here with me.
Waiting for this long
is worth it.
How can I get to the
place of destiny when
you are still not in the
right place.
Life will always play out
for you the configuration
of the handouts and settings
you put into your life account
in such a way that you are
now the in thing.
Serenity and peace of mind
awaits you.
Rejoice now that you have
a chance to redeem yourself
and be whatever you want.
Make sure you don't have to
wait for too long for everything
to settle down.
Don't wait until the next time,
there may never be any next time.
Take this moment and run with it.
This moment is all you got.
Your faith is all you have.
Certainly everything will come
to you at their appropriate time.
Do everything you can to
make it a grandeur,
it will be your grandest turning point.

I just wonder who
is to blame for this
unfortunate difficult
stormy problems all
around us.
The situations have not
changed at all.
Those who are affected
cannot afford the high
cost of living in the country.
They are at the mercy of the
handouts given to them.
With tears in their eyes
they beg for alms daily,
they ask for help so they
can survive for another day.
The risk of staying back is
suicidal because of too much
bombardment and gunshots
and killings of the indigenes.
Women and children are not
left out.
They are the most vulnerable,
they are sick and tired,
confused and hungry,
hopeless and helpless,
with no rescue in sight for now.
Abandoned as if they are of
no use anymore.
They feel expendable and disposable.
No one seems to remember them.
They are now like the forgotten
earthen ***,
Worn out and of no use.
Remember that someday you may
end up like them.
What happened to them can happen
to anyone including you.
Offer and render whatever help that
you can to alleviate their situation.

Whatever you are going
through is too small and
insignificant compared to
what is happening to someone
else somewhere in the world.
Always know that you are
fortunate and privileged to
have what you have right now.
You are guilty of a crime when
you use what you have to
suppress others of less privilege.
From the annoyances towards you,
learn to be patient and calm.
When abandoned,
learn how to stand up on
your own feet.
When offended by the words
of others,
learn forgiveness and compassion.
When overwhelmed and powerless,
learn to get greater power.
When attacked by hatred,
learn to love unconditionally.
When fear visit you,
learn courage to overcome your fears.
At the things you can't control,
learn to let go and walk away.
Anytime you get a no,
learn to be independent.
When overwhelmed by problems,
learn to get solutions to it.
When opposition attacks you,
learn a form of self defense.
Whenever you are belittled
and look down on,
learn to look up to God.
Each time you feel lifeless
and empty,
learn to hold on to God.
In all circumstances and situations
and every phase of life,
learn the hidden lessons in it.
In whatever way you feel cheated
or life seems unfair to you,
learn how to deal with it.
You are an over comer.
