It is not so easy to smile
when you are hurting,
not even laughter will come,
both will elude you.
They do not visit a hurting
lonely heart,
there's no joy within.
For the heart at the moment
is filled with the burden of the
harsh realities of life.
Awakened in you are
the subtleties of the real
energies within manifesting
themselves in their diversities to
help you balance yourself
in such a way that you focus on
the inner leading of your heart
to win your battle of self.
Strong self will is needed
to come back to reality.
No one can stop the obstacle
from invading your body but you,
for in transcending the
pain you feel within by the
share force of will,
the situation will finally abate
and the mind in control over
matter that's infesting your soul.
The hurt will cease and joy will return.

with shades and types
and can be displayed
in many different ways,
with their degrees and forms.
Love for God.
Love for friends.
Love for pets.
Love for people in different
groups you belong.
Love for gardening.
Love for your kids.
Love for your siblings.
Love for your husband.
Love for your wife.
Love for your boyfriend.
Love for your girlfriend.
Love for Mom.
Love for Daddy.
Love for grandparents.
Love for dancing.
Love for singing.
Love for other personal
things you like to do.
Don't ruin the day by
running away when you
are loved so much.
Take it, enjoy it, hold it
with both hands,
for you may never have
the opportunity to be loved
like this ever again.
To love is good.
To love someone is beautiful.
To be loved is awesome
Even in marriage,
your heart can never completely
belong to your spouse,
God did not make it so,
it must be given out,
and shared,
first to God,
to family, in-laws, friends,
and everyone,
it's called agape.
God kind of love.  
God actually is Love.
Don't be afraid to open
your heart and love again
even when your heart is broken.
Hearts are meant to be broken,
something beautiful
happens in breaking it,
you become perfect in loving.
And I say to you today,
that I love you so very much,
that you love me so much,
that you have to start loving me,
as God loved you.

healing presence,
they share their
fragrance and working
tirelessly in gladness
they gracefully grace
your life with grace.
They lay down
at our feet
always ready to
bring pleasure
to our leisure.
To please you
they share lavishly
and are generous
about it.
They bring pleasure
back into our
homes by spreading
their fragrance.
Even when bruised
they give out
their best fragrance
out of love
to soothe and bring
succour to our
tired mind.
They also help
decorate our world
with their beautiful
flowers to make
our lives lovely.
How can we
not appreciate
their presence
in our homes,
garden and environment.
They are divinely
precious beautiful treasure
with an alluring
power to help us heal.
Little beautiful gifts
from heaven with
such an unforgettable
sublime and divine fragrance.
Spreading their love
they reach out
to us even
from miles away
adorning our weddings
and other events
with their fragrance
and presence and
speaking to us
in the language
only the heart
can understand.
Nature gave us
fragrance in flowers
so lovely and
endearing that no
one can resist
their friendship.
To walk with
them is unbelievably sweet.

Jealously guard your heart
from the troublesome tempest.
Preserve your heart for the
good of your soul.
Your body is the only temporary
house that you ever have.
For your own good nurture
and protect both the heart and
the body from any form of abuse
from those who don't value you.
Carry yourself with dignity and respect.
Never allow anyone else or anything
inconsequential to get the better of you.
Come from a place of power to
handle your daily affairs and activities.
For in dealing with lots of individuals
you encounter many different types
of people with all kinds of demeanor
and characters.
Some will stretch your nerves,
most will test your patience and others
will want to prove your mental strength,
while majority will bring out your vulnerability.
Stand firm in your beliefs and convictions,
but listen with the ears of your heart and
know when to let understanding and
compassion play it's part in the role
you are called to partake.
Be a fair player at all times and you
will find there's nothing you cannot achieve with love.

To find the balance that centers you.
It's about daily discovery of
your innate dormant natural
endowments and how to safely
use it to your advantage and the benefits of mankind.

I'm so broken by this gory sight.
Children smashed on the wall by adults,
who I'm sure are also fathers of children,
all because of religious sentiments.
Is it related to religious and ethnic cleansing,
I cannot say and do not know exactly,
but whichever one it is,
it is actually not allowed and,
you have no moral justification to **** a child
or anyone at all for the sake of religion.
Whatever reason any religion
have in order to **** so I can be
converted into believing in your God is totally
and completely out of place.
So wrong in all its ramifications.
There's no law or reason for you to be
forceful  in winning my love for your God.
You messed with my faith which is my strength.
You took away my dignity and my pride,
my culture,my tradition and my language.
My whole life fizzled out because of you,
I can't remember my past
because you changed my name.
Your religion becomes my pain,
and not my passion.
Forced to be a follower not of my will.
That is not who I was but who you
want me to become not of my choice.
You want to take my history,my identity
and my humanity with violence.
Let me hasten to tell you something
you probably don't know,
as long as God is on the throne,
that will never happen.

But rejoice,
all you that mourn because,
you are highly favored.
You went through that
unnecessary harrowing experience
unwittingly just to have a prove that
you are a peculiar person.
Every gold must be tested by fire.
That seeming wickedness happened,
just to move you to the place of destiny
God has intended and prepared for you.
Look around you and see the hand of God.
Why do you think you survived that fire,
that accident that took many lives,
the massacre by the insurgents,
why did they took you captive
and later set you free,
shot and wounded but left you to die,
but you survived.
Why do you think you are still surviving amidst droughts and famine,
having more than enough when there
is not enough to go round.
Didn't you see the handwork of the Almighty scattered lavishly around because of you.
Angels are busy working on your behalf.
Their presence is effectively changing situations for you.
Because of you the others are safe.
Be grateful for what you have received.
You are the chosen.
