Slumbering sunlight clambers through
The window in the morning,
Casting a perfect silhouette of a smiling you
On my half awake eyes.

A faint whiff of last night
In the recesses of your eyes
Enthralls me just as I try in vain
To wake up from heaven with you.

The caffeinated aroma of a kiss
Dyes the fabric of the day
As the smoke of my dreams recede
Into beautiful nothingness.

With a playful smile and
A flick of your hips, you help me
Get through the day, safe in the knowledge
That you'll be there when darkness comes.

It's that first kiss,
that first touch
of bare skin,
the first taste
of raw honey
that seals our fate.

Once smitten,
bitten by the lust-bug,
one is never the same again.

We can cry about broken hearts,
the agony of rejection,
all the pain we've had to endure,
but we can never deny
the reality of the physicality
derived from such
pure primal pleasure,
never.

Some days I feel,
others I don't.
It's the days I don't
that scare me the most.
A revelation about writer's block.

I sit here and I type for hours, just to delete it in hopes of bellowing some of my teenage angst
just to rid myself of this pain that's eating me from the inside
my biggest fear has always been the thought of not being able to escape
but I'm living in his fear, this reality that I don't want to be in
and I can't escape

I placed candy-kisses
between
your wildest dreams,
heard you scream
from another dimension,
and with great fervor,
flowed my sugar.

Incomplete songs.
Incomplete lies.
Incomplete fights.

Incomplete souls.
Incomplete me.
Incomplete whole.
