The Dean in the Den
Of a messy mind
Delivers a poem
When he is awake

Be it long or short
Sweet or soar
Wise or otherwise

Much depends
On the depth
Of his dreams
And the jury of readership

Adam and Eve
Long long, ere long ago
Adam was adolescent
Eve was effervescent
Both were glad in body clad

Adam and Eve exposed each
The duo explored to match
Adam was adulating to catch
Eve was electrifying to ******

Pancreatic hunger in one way
Pubertal love on way any way
Cupid apple drooped in sway
He grappled apple-gel of angel

Couple cuddled and meddled
Kindled, spindled and fondled
Fire of passion ceded seeds of love
Shy free, sky free, spy free, scot free
Capsule of calories captured
Rupture turned into rapture

Head to head dual bite at sight
Headed to fuel the duel of luring love
Adam was adamant on that eve
Eve spelled eventful gospel of life
Only lonely lovely pair espoused
Exploded mirth of birth on earth

Measure for measure
There was a king
Songs were to his liking
There was a singer
Summoned by king's finger
The singer sang
Song after song
King was pleased with melody
Declared gift after gift
And enquired the singer,
"Are you pleased"
The singer said. "Yes, my lord"
The king then called it a day.
At the end of the day
Singer was expecting gifts
But none to come by
He threw his anxious looks
at the passing king
The king said,
" I am pleased with your voice.
So too, you are pleased with
my voice. That is the gift"

Home is Heaven
Neither too good to be pulled to heaven,
Nor too bad to be pushed into hell.
My soul tossed between the twin poles,
For I am neither a saint nor a sinner,
To be berthed in a glowing globe,
Or thrown in a blowing globule.

Heart and soul coupled and framed abode,
For a bond of a home maker and a joy seeker,
Heart is smart in loving and living in anchor,
And soul that leaves and lingers in hunger
One that enjoys known heaven at home,
And the other entangled in unknown haven.

Nay, my soul and me are one and heed to none,
Propelled we ported on a day in heaven on mission,
Grasped by a welcome drink in local ambrosia,
It looked as if we clinched at ultimate panacea,
On a jolly ride hosted in the merry Maryland.

And then pal of gloom unveiled;
No birth and no mirth to make,
No death and no change or challenge,
No hunger and no taste of food,
No thirst and no feel of quench,
No ambition and no mission to fulfill,
No identity and no entities to entice,
No kith and kin and no fun and frolic,
No home of my own and none to be homely,
No work and no wisdom to worship oh Lord!
And what an unearthly heaven is it?
An earthly year is lost for a day in heaven.

And then I prayed, praised, pleaded and pleased,
The powers-that-be to fuse my heart and soul,
And help unearth the heaven on earth.

Love at first sight
Loved her tooth and nail
Head over heels
She is my pace-maker
And peace keeper
Her air in my breath,
Eye behind eye,
Her beauty is seasonal
And sensational
She glows silver cream
Glitters green sheen
Cools and warms
Rarely wild, often mild
Stands thru thick and thin
Her curves and curls
Touch my heart
Her enthralling structure
Often captures my rapture
She is of high yielding variety
For long lasting pleasure
My will treks on her hill tracks
Rallies in her voluptuous valleys
I love to live with her
As long as I live in her lap
All I see is her nature
Thanks to Mother Earth!

Train of Thoughts
Train of thoughts divine
Ran through his brain
True to his vision
In thought and action

No coach, no vestibule
Neither engine nor fuel
Nor driver nor travelers
No pantry or pageantry
Nor track nor signal lights
Train of his life is out of track

Yet he is on track
Of his thoughts
In search of ecstasy
Thru penance and penitence
He is the sage unto death

Prayer to Almighty
Without prayers,
You gave us heat and light
Without prayers,
You gave us air and water

You gave us flora and fauna
Without prayers,
You gave us life and love
Our only prayer now is,
Never to withdraw them
But bestow more wisdom
to conserve and preserve

Sin Syndrome
Sprouted by vibrant sperms,
Sprang up in violent genes,
Life is a fount full of germs.

Truth is bitter and no better
Lies are to keep life easy and rosy
Loves and leads a lazy legend
Hurts and hurls others to thrive
Feels safe and strong in flesh and blood
Enjoys the wealth of health in youth

Strong and selfish sign out morals
Week and meek lack morale
Mind is more money maniac
Sweeps off soul as silly sole
Skin is thick with sundry sins

As worms scooped out warmth of life,
Age squeezed flesh and blood from body
No scouts and screams for succour in sight
Save pale praying lips from kith and kin
Alas! Vexed soul vanished from forbidden body
In futile search of budding spirit to boom again.
Oh God! From tainted tomb to wanted womb.

Mind Blowing
Caught in the maze
Of amazing veins
****** cells excel
Tunneling thru’
Vessels and vestibules
Mind oscillates vacillates
In chaotic amplitude
Like a pendant in pendulum
Of wishes and vices
Divine and devilish
Wise and unwise
Pride and prejudice
Dual mind is in duel

Behind the temple
Brain at home in skull
Will and wit seated well in skill
Rein, rule or roam and ruin
Embroidered and embroiled
Embodied and emboldened
Meditate, mediate,
Cogitate, agitate

Nurture the soul within
Explore the radiant light
At the end of the tunnel
Mind, the deity on duty
As mysterious as its Maker,
The Brain behind the brain

Love vs. Lust
Love trusts, lust twists
Love reins, lust rains
Love reaches, lust catches
Love couples, lust combines

Love retains, lust detains
Love relies, lust relays
Love cares, lust caresses
Love binds, lust blinds

Love floats, lust flees
Love belongs, lust longs
Love ascends, lust descends
Love fames, lust defames

Love creates, lust recreates
Love commands, lust demands
Love chooses, lust chases
Love boosts,  lust boasts

Be aware of love
Beware of lust
That comes like
wolf in sheep’s clothing

The Challenge
Of any color or creed,
Of status high or low,
Treacherous minds,
Heartless brain,
Venomous looks,
Ruthless tongue,
Heinous hands,
Rudderless feet,
Intense dubious desire,
Conspire, collude,
Often pay deaf ear
Snub wiser counsel of one’s mind
And skim out criminals
How to spurn viral thoughts;
A major challenge confronting humanity
Of a confounded nation
That needs vaccination.

Trample me,

Pull my hair,

Punch me,

You are my delight n’ sunlight
Who else can do so my honey,
If not my Good Grand Blessed Baby!

I, the Capital
My Capital
Coveted n’ captivating
Swimming thru’
Simmering veins
I, the ego in me
Inherited long ago
Governs as I go
Elevates my pride n’ pleasure
And caps my prudence often
My eye on ‘I’
Tries to hold good
What I mean or measure
All I need is
To keep it in check
Like I do, to optimise
My sugar in sweet;

Bouquet of Beauty
Eye catching rose among roses
Enlivened lotus among lotuses
As cute as chrysanthemum
Her enticing beauty is a bouquet
Of seen and unseen flowers
Add cosmetic touch to cosmic look

Piles of lily white smiles
Peels of lovely laugh
Lunar face, stellar grace
Solar radiance bracing up cosmos
Down her tempting temple canvas
Stupid cupid in hurry to canvass

Queen in the garden of lovers
Akin to bunch of brilliant flowers
Cascading hair crown her head
Hang around her face in hunger
In tune with wayward breeze

Her refined face defines beauty
Cup of lips grip her tasty tone
The rest of her covered figure
To be discovered by none
Other than her crazy mirror

Oh behold, to adore the beauty
And admire its adept architect
When to win her cheek and cheer
And who the victor of the nectar
Not for us to speculate on spot

Rehearsal
Throw your smiles, my dear,
Viewers take a crazy catch
Blush, it is all they wish
Cheer up, to cheer the peering eyes

Pep up your pleasing lips,
Veering eyes carry the sips
Laugh louder, you are allowed
Cry all out, they enjoy no doubt
Sob, nothing to feel sorry

Reflex your face, keep ready to face
Wink your eye, it sprinkles lust
Frown, you are the crown
Voice your tongue, it caters

Let the pearls in your cup of lips radiate
fragrant flowers of joy and jubilation
May your breath resonate cool
in the ears of the audience for years!

Sweeten your words, toast the taste
Sing, for an all-round swing
Synchronize your body language
With the symphony of the scene

You are the debonair in debut,
Heralding heroine of this film.
The quick buck of this movie,
Much depends on your quirk
Lens is ready to sense your synergy
Bless you my budding artist, go ahead!

Tempest
Attacked!
Unattached!!
Unabated, unabashed!!!
The thirsty ocean
In hasty motion
Of nasty commotion
At a ghastly velocity
And unbridled ferocity
An uncalled Sandy,
The tempest so called
Of the titanic tide
With its swirling hydraulic eye
Literally stormed frantic Atlantic shores
And trampled lock stock n’ barrel
Swamped from castles to cattle
Uprooted deep rooted trees
Wreaked pell-mell hell on people
Leaving wrecks and rags
Do we call it lunatic fringe of nature?
Or divine design?
If so, punished whom for whose sin?
Theists or atheists may squabble.
All it needs is to heal
And put life back on its wheels
