any opposition

flow freely though life

to collective thoughts,
free yourself
from poisonous energy
and seek life

I am an outsider
who foresaw the day

my spirit was sensed
in presence and stillness
a calmed version
of static reality

drifting deeper
into one vibration

teardrop

into the essence
of rising
freedom

orange morning light
and snow-flake ash

the taste of burnt manzanita    

fire to the north,
fire to the south
a valley enclosed
in uncertainty

apocalyptic sun
blotted out by
smoke,
a color just as beautiful
as it is eery

The light burns,
though it’s something
we all must face
