is a boy who doesn’t care too much about insignificant things

that I can just have a good time with for a while

and we can dance

and sing

and make out in a meadow

and talk about the beauty that life holds.

And I'll sit on his shoulders at raves

and not worry too much

about insignificant

things.
I used to crave
your attention.

Now I hope
you leave before
anyone sees us together.
you were divine
but
you couldn't be
mine
The best part of my day:

                         "Hey."

                                                    "Hi."
I would mark my calendar
today
for a chance to see you again
10 years from now.
Knowing we wouldn't work

                          made me want you more.
taking off a pair of socks i had on for way to long and letting my toes

breath.
a garden so big that we get lost in the vines and never find our way out.
The first time

you told me you loved me

was in a private hot tub

(not mine nor yours)

filled with water from hot springs.

We were naked.

I thought you were going to **** me.
"I'm yours"

*******.
I'm saying more than you

would ever try to tell me
My world revolves around

your smile.
It's a shame
you came to play
the only day
I was away.
I was writing this poem
about you
when I remembered to
take out the trash.
What I unknowingly wanted,
at the time,

was our fingers intertwined,
your cheeks pressing against mine, and
your presence surrounding me.
Your warm breath on my neck as you fell asleep with my torso wrapped in your arms.
