Talking softly like the last flickers of a fires light,
Spoken as little more than a hissing whisper.
Water douses the cluster of solitary embers.
Eachs ignited, Alls extinguished.
Eachs start, Alls finish.

Talking softly, clouds utter to the stars,
Heard as little by them as the clouds hear us,
Arms out stretched to a vastly empty sky.
Eachs question, Alls solution.
Eachs clarity, Alls confusion.

Talking softly a man reasons with his dog.
The mass of people bustle endlessly by.
Mans best friend sees no logic in his master.
Eachs mystery, Alls solved.
Eachs hatred, Alls loved.

she, a noble fell in love with the piano turner's son
whose smile was as radiant as the sun.
and soon she wished that theyll fall in eachs others arms
and lie awake in the midnight sun.

he was the piano turner's son who fell in love with the duke's daughter
whose skin was akin to a porcelain doll and
whose beauty blossomed like a raging beauty of a flower
that never dulls.

they both lie awake in the blood crescent moon
waiting for each others turn
to trace every crevice of each others memories
of the love they hoped to share.

but they neither knew what was to happen
for love was there but fate wasnt aggreable
it thirsted for rage and anguish
filled with no mercy for the young lovers
for fate knew that they were nothing but fools
who wished for each others embrace
but did nothing to make it transpire.

Their thoughts intertwined within each others
Each exploring deep thoughts of the other
Their souls seemed made for one another,
Soon fade apart.
The obvious fate of their futures with out eachother drove them mad.
Eachs passion for eachother grew as the time went on
And they made their homes in eachothers hearts
When the time came they fell into an abyss of loss and despair
And when their souls faded black,
They stayed black forever

Your my favorite month
July when our love
Connections
Spark up in the sky
Only for like twenty minutes
Is there another day we can both light up eachs others hearts
And keep love full
Odd Odyssey Poet Sep 2019
Shall we not be two skies apart,
but of one being, and flesh.
Given a piece of myself for a trade of your heart.

Let's not waste into time, nor spare a moment,
but be eachs constant.
A loving inspiration for the words of this odd  poet.

Kindly gentle down your heart upon my hand,
being it little, it holds a lot.
Shall we be covered by love like the oceans  surrounding the land.
Kindly hidden amongst the waves, underneath pieces of sand.

Gently I hold onto you, dared not to lose,
for in a game of love, we'd seek to conquer.
Still, if all I had was little, I'd have something much to prove.

Joy with me as a smile like one of a young man in love,
whose stomach turns with butterflies.
Such feelings never being enough.

Journey with me if dared,
ride the longest mile locked in my arms.
For true happiness is only a distance away, so shall I take you there?
