The **** Order Poem by Juan Fernandez (Edit)

It was 13 years before they were given a task.
It's known for sure that it won't be a blast.

Their names are different, not even close,
Will someone be threatened to slit a friend's throat?

Will they be allies for years,
or will they turn on one another to see clear?

They don't know what the future holds,
Their world is like a large bowl,
Waiting to be filled, like their minds.
Who knows what it is that they will find.

Oh well, oh well, I have to go,
I've said so much to a person I don't know.

The **** Order (Cinquain Poem)

Inferno,
Destructive, Infectious,
Contaminating, Traumatizing,Eradicating,
The ending of humanity,
Conflagration.

A cinquain poem written by me and inspired by the book series,
"The Maze Runner" created by James Dashner. This poem is about the 3rd book in the series, "The **** Order".

The **** Order

A world in chaos,
A time in shambles.
Will someone save the world
Using their lives as a gamble?

Vehicles are destroyed,
Homes are aflame.
When will the fires
Finally be tamed?

The sun lights the Earth,
Few survivors remain.
Does this destruction
Have any gain?

Put aside the terror and hardship
And try to cope.
Never forget,
**We always have hope.
