So close yet so far,
through the door ajar...

A little light is seeping,
opportunities are peeping...

I try to grab them with both my hands,
they slip through my fingers like dry sand...

Every single day,
to my dismay...

I try to make ends meet,
In the end am left with just tired feet...

Count your blessings is what they say,
Easier said than done in life's ballet...

I spread my arms and keep on waiting,
looking on with weary eyes...

For some blessings not in disguise,
for sunny mornings and deep blue skies...
for golden sunsets and full moonrise,
Listening to the sayings wise...

Those Beautiful Eyes,
That Vibrant Touch,
That Lovely Smile,
I am gonna miss much.

Twice was the joy,
Half was the sorrow
As we share them Yesterday,
Hope we share it tomorrow.

The past was so beautiful
So is the present,
Likewise will be the future,
I am **** confident.

As far as we are together,
No problem can ruin us,
But as Life is a journey,
I am on a bus, taking me nowhere.

This poem is for you,
O my dear friend,
Let it be the beginning,
Let it never be the end.

I will not go down without a fight,
I will not go down in the darkness of the night,

I have the right to survive,
So,how hard you try,
I won't go down in the darkness of the night,
Throw all your hurdles you have on my way,
But I will follow what the oldies say,
Where there is a will there is a way,
So,Throw all your hurdles you have on my way
My WILL will help me to cross them all right
& I will ask thee, through all those hurdles to be my guide.

So how hard you try,
I won't go down without a fight,

Sleepless Nights

2 AM and I lie awake,
thinking as the time goes by,
yet another wakeful sleepless night.
I dream of ghosts and wake-up screaming,
tears in my eyes
yet another wakeful sleepless night.
I want to go in dreamless slumber,
when will I get that I wonder
yet another wakeful sleepless night.
I have my troubles and my mind a rubble,
and at 2 AM I lie awake,
thinking as the time goes by,

Staring at the ceiling without a blink...
All the hard work has gone down the drain...
Those long hours & weekend have gone in vain...
Money has become this life's marrow...
This race has made us shallow...

"Blue screen of death" is what I want...
No Work to do and all fun around...
Why should I work for a funny *** clown...
Why should I keep my expectations down...

Like a swine... in a closed cage...

And Her "AURA" Was So Strong

And her aura was so strong
You would ask how I know
I know that coz I felt it
Rather I would say
Many People around her felt it
But they didn’t have the words to explain…
And Her Aura was so strong
That many felt attracted
And I was also one
And I asked her to be my friend
But the answer never came…..
That was the mistake I did
& was the one who paid for it!
& I missed the chance of having
A good person as my friend
And now as I reflect on what I did
That before asking her, I guess
I must have thought that
Some things must be adored
From a distance
To let it's beauty remain….
To let it's beauty remain forever….
But please let me tell you people
That Her Aura was so strong….
