Dec 2014
We were bound together
By a power
Of crushed sea shells
And pressed tiger flowers
By burnt sugar, rice wine
And sweet incubated language.
You wrapped my toes
With your cotton words
And I should have known
You were an illusion
By the rabbit
I found
In your hat.
