If not for you the sun would have risen and retreated the moon could not hand have driven the tide
If not for you my friend.
Really, you could not have known.
Clearly.

My path was brighter, morning like a cool morning breeze a gust of salty sea air guiding.Overiding pain.
If not for you my friend.

Solitary goodness
Unabashed kindness
A lone star I looked for daily to hold my course to hold steady by and still today my friend.

My task bore me under but your gently reassurances so timely.
Solitary goodness.
Unabashed kindness.

A jewel among axes and swords.A small treasure.A bubbling spring
Open faced pleasure.Contrast and kingship unknown still.
My distant friend.
A gift well welcomed
Thank you my friend.
My task would have crumpled me then if not for you friend.
If not for you.
