SOS
I hear the voices across the hall again.
I reach for my headphones,
I press play to drown them out.

What is it this time? What silly thing are they arguing about now?
Why do they even bother? They never come to a conclusion.
I hiding won't solve anything, but there's nothing I can do.
If I step in, violence will only happen sooner.

Why do you have to fight each other?
Can't you see it's going nowhere?
No wonder you hate each other.
you're never on the same page,
you both feel like the other doesn't care.

*SOS! STOP ARGUING!!!
SOS! make up already!
SOS! ...
...please... stop...
