Take no thought for your life
what you will eat
or what you will drink
or for your body
what you will put on
is not  life more than food
and the body more than clothing?

Look at the birds of the air
for they plant not
neither do they reap
nor gather into barns
yet your Father feedeth them
are you not more important than they?

Which of you by taking thought can add one inch to his stature

Why worry about your clothing?
Consider the lilies of the field
how they grow
they toil not
neither do they spin
and yet I say unto you
King Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.

If your Father so clothes the grass of the field
which today is, and tomorrow is cast into the fire
shall he not much more clothe you

Don't be anxious
saying
What shall we eat?
What shall we drink?
What should I put on?
For after all these things the world is anxious for.
Your Father knows that you need these things.

Seek first PEACE and GOODNESS
and all these things shall be added unto you.

Don't be anxious about tomorrow
It will take care of itself
