Angry words,
Slamming doors.
In the car and silence screams,
So much for Happy Ever After

Tears fall.
Wondering where the time went,
Both feeling so small,
Looking at how the years were spent.

Felt like a fairy tale,
Once upon a time,
Watching their story fail,
They realize that it's just a nursery rhyme.

He was a prince,
But it's been a long time since.
She was beautiful,
But now she's just suitable.

So much for Happy Ever After,
Just leads to a sadder chapter...
