Hey Gramps,
I hope you're doing well up there.
Anyways, I just wanted you to know
that I love you very much
and that I wish we could have
spent more time with each other.
I'm glad your suffering has ended,
because it hurts me to see you in pain.
And I wish I could talk to you again,
but I guess I'll just have to wait
for maybe a few decades or so
before I see you again.
And when I finally meet you
at Heaven's door,
we'll have fun together,
and laugh forever,
along with everyone else we love.
