I want to kiss you
Run after you, grab your head and smash my lips into yours,
Hard enough for it to hurt a little
But that kiss will be just so, that pain won't stand a chance
I want to kiss you
In a way that makes our brains not work,
So overrun with dopamine and nirvana
That there isn't time to think
I want to kiss you
And just feel
The softness of your lips
The edge of your teeth
I want that kiss
To erase the past few weeks
Be driven by passion and need
Instead of commitment and pain
I want to kiss you
So hard that I can't feel my fingertips
And the sounds of our beating hearts will be deafening
I want to kiss you
With all of me
Forgive what was said
Forget how it hurt
I want to kiss you
Just like that
So that maybe you'll remember
That time, when all you wanted to do was
Kiss me
And then, I want to let you go, turn around
And walk away
