Will always show
When you release
And let it go
Give up the grudges
And let peace flow
Forgive with ease
And love will grow
Stay firm like the earth
Supporting below
Nature’s rhythm
Is letting go
The trees reach upward
The flowers grow
All life will thrive
By letting go
Allow your vibrance
And focus to grow
As you breathe deep
