They're gone
Ran away from here
And it is so clear
That they're gone
Left me ask alone
With no one to hold
They're gone

One morning when I came home
I saw the door lying open
People on the floor
My eyes popped at what I saw
My family left me with just a letter to say
That they can no longer be near
Can no longer stay
As they live in fear
But why? No explanation
As why you left me all alone all alone

The house was feeling empty
Without them here
I couldn't take it
I never would've made it
Coz they're gone
I ran away looking
But no one was near TO find
Except my guilty conscious mind
Surely this is a game
One which I can't win

But they're gone
But why'd they leave so soon
I think I should too
But they're gone
But they've gone everywhere
I guess I'll follow them there
Coz they're gone

Surely this is a game
One which I can't win...
