You made me fall in love with you,
first with your words,
then with your humor,
next with your smile,
then with your innocence.

You made me fall in love with you,
I fell fast and I fell hard.
It was as if someone came along
and dropped
a watermelon from the top of
the Empire State Building
as all the passerby's stood
in awe, watching it explode
as it hit the ground;
my heart being the watermelon.

You made me fall in love with you,
and I go mad every time
you say those three simple
words that mean the world to
those who receive them.

You made me fall in love with you,
and even if your 'I love you's' don't
mean what I want them to mean,
I will never leave you,
I'll stay by your side.
