The house it lay atop the hill
Atop the hill, across the river
Across the river from the town
The town down ways from the field

From the field up to the plains
Up to the plains and on to the desert
The desert leading to a high mountain peak
A peak with more than one side

The distant side giving way to coastal beaches
Coastal beaches with houses atop their hills
Atop their hills covered in sky

A sky that stretches above all hilltops
and rivers and towns and fields
And plains and deserts and mountains and coastlines
Ah, what a wonderful sky!
