I see the sun rising up.
shining it's Light on our love.
hold You tighter than air.
they Warn me to beware.
Love like that don't last.
Soon Enough, a thing of the past.
You're busy Walking away.
I'm begging you to stay.

you slowly walk to the gate.
Rushing Behind, but I'm late.
The landing gear is up.
Just Like my time and luck.

Come To me.
Baby, don't forget.
We had a life.
We could have lived.

You're On your way back home.
The turbulence has grown.
You start to second guess,
The reason that you left.
And the tears come down.
hit the floor, and make sounds.

Come To me.
Baby, don't forget.
We had a life.
We could've lived.

The landing gear falls back down.
Tires Rush to the ground.
Turn To your window see.
The raindrops are falling.
And it's colder than before.
Needing My warmth even more.

Come To me.
Baby, don't forget.
We had a life.
We could have lived.

Walk To the baggage claim.
no bag, but a sign with your name.
It says to turn your head.
So you turn to the left.

Come To me.
Baby, I'm here.
Let Me see.
Your Ring finger.
Then I drop to my knees.
Ask you baby, please.
Do you want to marry me?
