And the nights have truth among the lies,
But the truths are as scary as the vicious concoction
Of poetic misery and tragedy
For it is not lovely to be tragic
In an age of tragedy.
The light you once bore has burnt my skin,
And it hurts, my skin, it burns red
And it hurts my nights to know your light
Has burnt the others.
