Hello old friend, it's to hear
from you again
Me, I'm still mending my hearts
fences, from were this all began

Okay, so how long has it been
Let me pull out the letter, that you sent
Yes, I still kept them, a reminder
of what was then

You look tired and haggard
guess you new got old
What shall I do for you
My hearts not that bold, anymore

I wondered how long it would take
For you to realize your mistake
but like shifting sands that blow
in all directions
history can never repeat even
with corrections
