Oh, my beautiful love
how to me you shine like the stars
turning and burning
like a galaxy in a night of forever.
Oh, how I have dreamed of you
and longed to hold you in my arms
as the days have turned to centuries
and centuries have turned to eternity.
Oh, how the pains of this immortality touch me so.
And my soul  has become a living passion
as the music from it calls from soul  to soul.
And how when your form  floats before me
a wave of tears flood my eyes
and my heart is moved
to a time long ago
to a time when I found you
a poor  dying thing.
And I gave you my life
blood to blood
and soul to soul.
And now I search the sea of time
for a sight of your face.
Oh, how it seems
that my love for you
has been before all that ever was.
Oh, how that love shall remain
as eternity rolls into eternity.
Oh, my darling
how my love for you
has become a white hot flame
that burns and burns
for your body and soul.
Oh, how for you burns my soul
and my love for you
once poor dying thing
burns on and on
through all  these fleeting days
into the ocean of time.
