But no
merchant of the seas is he,
plundering wideΒ & wandering free.
harboured portside sweetly he's *******
with fingers so deft, a bountiful plucking
pink diamond hearts locked in heaving chests;
emeralds and sapphires
~to all~ he attests!
wrecking the ships, he doesn't keep,
taking their precious
secrets deep.
