Some one gave a gift a present/neatly wrapped light to the touch/
Some what empty when elevated up/
hesitant to breach the parcel wrapped so neat/
All the while swirling
What could it be/
Ripped it open wouldn't you know/
It was some haphazard
ugly hand crafted/
Box made of poplar not stained or painted/
glue residue on the corners uneven the lid won't sit/
Suspense had to be something good inside of it/
finally took the top off
emptiness
was a present gift knock off/
