“Pain in a Bottle”
I take the pain and lock it up and throw away the key.
Your words were my razor, your touch was my drug.
Why did you leave me here all alone?
Your looks were alcohol , your love was my blood. …
My pain so deep inside of me, that I can’t reverse.
Your eyes kept me going when I had nothing ……….
this you did not care to know…
If I take this pain out of the bottle, for you to see
all that will be there is the shell off the old me….
