Jun 2016
on nights like this
I don't care if she's here
I stumble through the door
smashing my bag to the ground
I bury my face in a tough pillow
and flood my ears with
tortured screams
that quickly turn
into wining sobs,
I am once again,
but a child,
desperate for love.
