Nov 2011
jump the crowded lonely tracks
get rocked by gaping stares
sift through clouds of grey and black
and frozen breaths inside the square

sever ties and clutch the wound
eyes salt and flood the tide
blazing into subtle shores
as records skip behind

bury the secrets under totem poles
whisper names against the wind
melt the walls they've gotten old
the city's been worn thin
