There is this girl
I used to know

I knew her long ago
Years and years ago

I was rather rude
Crude and immature

Now I meet the girl from
Years and years ago

She’s just so broken
A fractured shard of

That dorky but brave girl I picked on
Years and years ago

I can’t help but think that
That I was a fraction of the crowd

That broke her down
Years and years ago
I've started High School and met lots of kids I knew in Elementary but lost during Middle. This is based on the
strangeness of seeing how they've changed.
