Face drenched with humidity,
You're the first face to see
In this strange wasteland; A Haunting glow
Forces me to accept my own stupidity.

My praise to somniferum must end.
Both physical and emotional sickness
Has led to this physiological decay.
Family is often your only friend.

We love for each other; live for the bond.
This unforgiving, subliminal love that led to collapse.
Please don't lead to my eventual relapse.
Spit and laughter hit my face; how do I Respond?

Now I must, again, get on that plane.
Fly away from my own salvation.
On my own, I must fight temptation.
Hate in our hearts only remain.

Too much adrenaline for blood,
I have had enough.
For you, I will never have that same love.
Let there be red, begin the flood.

After All, my brother's keeper
Is also my brother's taker.
