May 2015
Lost along the river.
Two hundred yards from where I grew.
Laughing as we shiver,
laughing as the moon turns blue.
Lost upon a feeling,
lost upon our quiet thoughts.
The kinda ones that linger deep,
the kinda ones that can't be bought
Yet sitting with each other,
pebbles rest beneath our bones,
Cherishing each other,
cherishing the grace we own.
