Please don’t keep me up
I’ve reached my peak
I have work, work, and more work
I haven’t slept in a week

I don’t want to talk
I don’t wanna play
I have really
Done enough today

I don’t want to surf the web
Nor play a sport instead
I just to want
To rest my aching head

I don’t want to date
I don’t want to be bad
But if you don’t let me sleep,
I’m gonna get mad

I’mma start yelling
And then I’m gonna scream
And when I reach my peak
Then I’mma make a scene

First, I’mma bust out some walls
Then, tear down the doors
Scratch up the furniture
Then, rip up the floors

I’mma turn over your trash can
Then my language will get *****
Then my hair will start falling out
As if I was a hundred and thirty

And if you try to say sorry
It’s really too late
I’ll have you regretting
Ever asking for that date

But before I get worse
I’m gonna get weak
And fall where I am
And go to sleep
