Its strange for me
to look at you now
Those amber marbles shinning
but dull

There is no traffic in that gaze
the streets have cracked
and everyone has moved away

But I will never stop searching
for any hint of life
For one day it will be a roaring city again

Perhaps in another life
I do not mind
As long as we meet again
